We deliver your goods by commercial courier. Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 10-15 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. Please be aware that we charge a shipping fee of $7.99 if the total order amount is less than $79. Orders totaling $79 or more will receive free shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order, simply click on the Track Order link in the email. However, please note that tracking updates may experience delays due to circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, or peak season delays. Delivery:
The delivery time frame includes both order processing and shipping time. For example, if you order a coat, it will take 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 10-15 business days for shipping, meaning you can expect your order to arrive within 11-18 business days in total.
Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. If not, we will contact customer support to either update your address or cancel the order.
Important Note:
Our orders only include the product price and shipping fees. Customers are not required to pay any additional import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax).

Cvilivs offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date for most products. Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s). The refund for shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
